Buying local matters more than most people realize.
When you choose a local business, you’re not just making a purchase. You’re stepping into a relationship. Every interaction matters. Every phone call, every handshake, every time we walk into your home is personal. It’s built on trust, respect, and care, not transactions or scripts.
Local businesses don’t clock out of the community. We live here. We raise our families here. When our neighbors are hurting, we feel it. When there’s a need, we respond because this is home.
Supporting local allows us to give back in ways that actually matter. It helps fund youth sports so kids can learn teamwork, discipline, and confidence. It allows us to personally give to families in need, often quietly and behind the scenes. It supports missions and organizations that are doing real work to serve others and strengthen families. These are personal commitments rooted in faith, values, and gratitude.
It also lets us support the things that make our community unique. For us, that includes sponsoring demolition derby racing, our owner’s favorite sport and one that brings families together, fills grandstands, and keeps local traditions alive.
So when you’re considering new windows or doors, we truly hope you’ll consider Duncan’s Window and Door in Oshkosh Wisconsin. We’re family owned, built on trust, and every homeowner we serve becomes part of what we proudly call the world’s best customers family.
Buying local isn’t just about where your money goes. It’s about how it’s reinvested. It’s about strengthening families, supporting kids, backing local traditions, and caring for neighbors in real, tangible ways. Thank you for choosing local and for allowing us to pour back into the community we all call home.
