About Jeremy Stroik—Faith, Family, Community, and Craftsmanship in Wisconsin

If you’ve landed here, there’s a good chance you’re trying to figure out who I am, what I care about, and why I do the work I do.

So let me make it simple.

I’m Jeremy Stroik—husband, father, follower of Christ, and the proud community-facing voice of Duncan’s Window & Door. Around some circles, people also know me as Jeremy the Window Guy. And while I do spend a lot of my time helping Wisconsin homeowners navigate replacement windows and doors, that’s only part of the story.

What really drives me is bigger than glass, trim, and job schedules.

My mission is simple—serve people with integrity, lead with faith, and help families build homes and legacies that last.

A home is never just a house

I believe a home is more than a structure. It’s more than a place with four walls, windows, and a front door.

A home is where marriages grow It’s where kids are raised. It’s where traditions are built. It’s where hard conversations happen, prayers are whispered, meals are shared, and memories are made.

That matters to me.

Because when I’m helping someone with replacement windows in the Fox Valley or talking through a home improvement project in Oshkosh, Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Green Bay, or the surrounding Wisconsin communities, I’m not just talking about products. I’m talking about the space where life happens.

That’s why I take every quote, every conversation, and every home visit seriously.

Why I’m proud to work with Duncan’s Window & Door

There’s a reason I feel good putting my name next to Duncan’s Window & Door.

At Duncan’s, I get to serve alongside true in-house craftsmen who care deeply about the quality of their work. No rotating subcontractors. No cutting corners. No gimmicks. Just skilled people doing honest work and standing behind it.

That means something to me.

Because if I’m going to recommend a company to a homeowner, I want to know the people behind the install care about craftsmanship, communication, and doing the job right. I want to know customers are getting real warranties, real service, and a team that treats their home with respect.

That’s what I’ve seen here—and that’s why I’m proud to be part of it.

Faith, family, and community are not side notes in my life.

Windows and doors may be part of my work, but faith, family, and community are the foundation underneath it.

My faith shapes how I lead, how I speak to people, and how I try to show up in everyday life. My family gives purpose to everything I do. And my community reminds me that business should never just be about transactions—it should be about people.

That’s why I care about:

  • strengthening marriages

  • encouraging fathers and families

  • supporting local businesses

  • building up the Fox Valley

  • creating a culture of generosity, trust, and purpose

Whether I’m filming a Legacy Dad video, highlighting a local business, helping a homeowner choose the right replacement windows, or simply having a real conversation with someone who needs guidance, my goal stays the same—leave people better than I found them.

Serving Wisconsin families with purpose

I’m grateful to serve homeowners and families throughout the Fox Valley and beyond, including Oshkosh, Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Green Bay, and surrounding Wisconsin communities.

I’m grateful for the stories.I’m grateful for the relationships. And I’m grateful for the chance to help people improve not just their homes, but their comfort, confidence, and peace of mind.

At the end of the day, I don’t want to be known just for selling windows.

I want to be known for serving people well.

For leading with faith. For loving my family. For strengthening my community. And for standing behind craftsmanship that lasts.

Faith fuels my purpose. Family shapes my why. Community drives my mission. Craftsmanship is the work of my hands.

And I’m honored to serve the world’s best customers—one home, one family, and one conversation at a time.
